Refund policy

FlockWatch sells digital reports delivered by secure link after Stripe payment confirmation.

• If payment succeeds but we fail to generate or deliver your report due to our systems, contact support@flockcameratracker.com for a re-delivery or refund.
• If the data source was unavailable and checkout was incorrectly allowed, you are entitled to a refund.
• Because reports are personalized digital goods, refunds are generally not available after successful access to the secure report, except where required by law.
• DEMO / mock reports used during product testing are labeled DEMO and are not sold as live production audit data.

Refunds are processed through Stripe. Access may be revoked after refund.
